  "Description": "Computation of dendrometric and structural parameters from\nforest inventory data. The objective is to provide a\nuser-friendly R package for researchers, ecologists, foresters,\nstatisticians, loggers and other persons who deal with forest\ninventory data. The package includes advanced distribution\nfitting capabilities with multiple estimation methods (Maximum\nLikelihood, Maximum Product Spacing with ties correction\nmethods following Cheng & Amin (1983), and Method of Moments)\nfor probability distributions commonly used in forestry.\nVisualization tools with confidence bands using delta method\nand parametric bootstrap are provided for three-parameter\nWeibull distribution fitting to diameter data. Useful\nconversion of angle value from degree to radian, conversion\nfrom angle to slope (in percentage) and their reciprocals as\nwell as principal angle determination are also included.\nPosition and dispersion parameters usually found in forest\nstudies are implemented. The package contains Fibonacci series,\nits extensions and the Golden Number computation. Useful\nreferences are Arcadius Y. J. Akossou, Soufianou Arzouma, Eloi\nY. Attakpa, Noël H.
